Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 12, 2026
NewSiteLead is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Our Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchies, landmarks, and ARIA attributes throughout the site
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are operable via keyboard
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios
- Alt text: Images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked with
aria-hidden - Form labels: All form inputs have associated labels for screen reader compatibility
- Focus indicators: Visible focus states are provided for interactive elements
- No auto-play: We do not auto-play audio or video content
- Responsive design: The site is usable across screen sizes and supports text resizing up to 200%
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- Domain data tables: Large data tables on browse and search pages may be challenging with screen readers. We are working to improve table navigation and summary attributes.
- Diagnostic Reports: AI-generated report content may not always follow optimal heading structure, as the content is dynamically generated.
- Third-party content: Cross-sell integrations from affiliated services (WCAG Repair, Abbyseo, AI-Signed, SiteDialect) display content we do not fully control.
Compatibility
NewSiteLead is designed to be compatible with:
- Current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
- Operating system accessibility features (high contrast mode, text scaling)
