Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for NewSiteLead services.
1. Monthly Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues through the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- We do not provide partial-period refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund of your most recent subscription charge if all of the following are true:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the charge date
- You have not exceeded 50% of your plan's daily usage limits during the current billing period
- You have not previously received a refund for a NewSiteLead subscription
If you believe there is an error with your billing (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue promptly.
Annual or Promotional Plans
If we offer annual or promotional billing in the future, refund terms specific to those plans will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Diagnostic Reports (Biz Intelligence)
Diagnostic Reports are one-time purchases at $5.00 per question. Because reports are AI-generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all Diagnostic Report purchases are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund for a Diagnostic Report if:
- Generation failure: The report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end and we are unable to re-generate it within 48 hours
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error
- Wrong domain: You contacted us within 24 hours of purchase to report that you entered the wrong domain name, and the report has not yet been accessed or downloaded
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@newsitelead.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
- For Diagnostic Reports: the order confirmation or domain name
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur processing fees and can result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.
5. Account Deletion
Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, please submit a refund request before deleting your account.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
